Built by people who play
APEX SPORT started in 2014 as a single 400 sq ft running shop. Today we fit shoes, string rackets, knock in bats and kit out club sides, and we still refuse to stock anything we would not train in ourselves.
Our approach
Fit beats spec, every time
Two runners with the same shoe size can need completely different shoes. Two cricketers of the same height might need different bat weights. That is why every purchase that depends on fit gets a conversation before it gets a checkout.
We keep a deliberately tight range. Ten lines across seven sports, each one chosen because it holds up to repeated use and because we can explain exactly who it suits.
- Gait analysis on a pressure treadmill, free with any running shoe.
- Bat knocking-in and oiling, done in house over seven days.
- Racquet restringing in 48 hours, up to 32 lbs.
- Pre-season kit checks for schools, clubs and academies.
How we work
Three things we will not do
Most retail problems come from one of these. We have simply decided not to.
No grey imports
Every item comes from the brand or an authorised distributor, with full warranty support.
No fake urgency
If something is genuinely low on stock we say so. We do not run permanent countdown timers.
No upselling for its own sake
If the cheaper option suits you better, that is the one we will hand you.
